Return Policy

You have the right to return unwanted products (unused, clean and in their original packaging) up to 30 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase, subject to the below conditions and exclusions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return policy exclusions

We cannot accept returns of:

- products that have been used, are unclean or are not in their original packaging;
- products that are damaged on purpose or not properly maintained;
- products used outside of their intended means or not in accordance with their instructions (including products used for commercial purposes);
- products subject to normal wear and tear;
- personalised products;
- perishable products such as food and drink, gas canisters and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) due to health and safety reasons.

Please note: based on our assessment (condition of the product and length/frequency of use), we reserve the right to accept or refuse a return, and in the case of an accepted return, we will choose the most suitable solution (repair, exchange, partial or full refund).

What if there is a manufacturing defect with the product?

If a faulty product is returned within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, you have the right to a full refund.

If it is beyond 30 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase, we will firstly offer a repair as a solution. If we are unable to repair your product within a reasonable period, we will exchange it. If no equivalent product is available, we will offer a full refund within 14 Days.

Other branded products are guaranteed by jlow for 1 year unless specified on the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
